Abstract: The paper develops a special CAD system for the centrifugal fan. The system can realize the automatic selection,aerodynamic design calculation,main parts parameterized drawing and other functions of the fan. It avoids the repetition of the manual labor and enhances the working efficiency and the cartography quality. On the base of the research on the selecting method and regularity of the main parameters of a large number of existing high performance centrifugal fans, the paper provides a new method, which determines the main geometric parameters of centrifugal impeller. Abstract: By using AutoLISP language based on Autocad, the development process of the tray /carton CAD system should focus on software workflow and overall development program.
The system uses nodes descript by a relatively polar coordinate, parametric design, the combination of box/carton-type library with box/carton components library, splicing design methods, etc. With the program designed by AutoLISP language, paper box/carton structure parametric drawing can be achieved according to the mathematical model. The system has the input data legality verification, error handling function, output expansion plan, and automatic dimensioning features. Abstract: A centripetal knuckle bearing performance analysis and parametric drawing system developed on AutoCAD platform is introduced in the paper. VBA is utilized to develop the system that accords with the Machine Design Manual and meets common centripetal knuckle bearing type selection flow. Databases of various series of knuckle bearings are established with Access and AutoCAD is connected with Access using ADO to call the data in the Access databases from AutoCAD platform.
The system interface established with VBA is easy to use and guide the designer to accomplish the type selection and life check of a knuckle bearing and call the parametric drawing module to complete its detail drawing.
